We inspect most returns within 1 to 2 business days of arrival. Sellable units go straight back into inventory so they're available for the next order. Damaged or flagged units sit in a review queue for you.
Yes. We can issue prepaid Canadian return labels through Canada Post or other major carriers. Your customer drops the package off and the return tracks straight back to our Winnipeg facility.
